Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

For individual processing times, please see the Shipping & Returns policy detailed on the page of the product(s) you wish to purchase. Please note, all processing times are displayed in working days (Mon-Fri).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and fees vary by location.

How much is shipping?

UK mainland:

  • Free on orders £200+
  • For order under £200, shipping is £3.99
  • Estimated delivery times are 1-3 business days after dispatch

EU:

  • Shipping is £14.99
  • Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days

International:

  • Shipping is £24.99
  • Estimated delivery times are 5-7 business days

Will I have to pay customs fees?

All orders outside of the UK may be subject to customs or import fees and RC Studios is not liable for any fees that may arise. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any such fees.

Wigs & Bundles

Are your wigs ready to wear?

Yes! All of our wigs are sent out fully customised and styled for your convenience, ready for you to install.

How long will my hair last for?

With the proper care, your custom coloured unit(s) should last at least 1 year before the colour may require a slight refresh. Your bundles should also last for at least 1 year of installs with the proper care and maintenance. With your order, you will receive a care and maintenance guide to help you get the best out of your product(s).

Order Requests & Amendments

Do you take custom colour orders?

Yes we do! Please send your enquiry via email (r.cstudios@outlook.com) or via Instagram DM (@r.cstudios). In your enquiry, please send us pictures or videos of the colour you wish to achieve and whether or not you need us to supply the hair for you (or if you've already purchased the hair from us).

I want to change my order slightly, how do I do this?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any changes to your order after it has been placed so we strongly advise that you thoroughly check over the details of your order before placing it.

Returns & Policies

Do you accept returns?

Due to the customised nature of our products, all sales are final.

What if there is an issue with my order?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
