All bundles come washed and conditioned, ready for you to install. You also have the option to have your bundles dyed black before you receive them, for your convenience. For all other colours, please contact us directly for a quote.

Each bundle is approximately 100g.

This hair can be heat styled and carefully lifted up to 7 levels.

Shipping

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing before your order is shipped to you. If you have placed an order for jet black bundles, please allow an extra 2 business days for the colouring process to take place. Please visit our FAQs for a breakdown of costs and charges.

Once your order is placed, no amendments can be made so please ensure all details are entered accurately.

Returns

All products go through thorough quality checks before they are shipped out.

Due to hygiene reasons and the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final. If your order is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
